Rates and Payment

Finding the right therapist is important. We offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and ensure that we can provide the highest quality of care for you and your loved one.  

We understand that it is difficult to wait when you really need help. If you can't reach us immediately, it is our policy to return your call within 24-48 hours.

Due to the ongoing safety concerns resulting from COVID-19, we are continuing to suspend in-office visits. Teletherapy is available through phone and video conferencing at reduced rates.

We currently accept cash, venmo, or personal checks at the beginning of each session.


Typically, Dr. Darnley's services are an eligible expense for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA), but please check with your provider to confirm.

Out-of-network services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?


We will provide you with an invoice, upon request, to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
